Additional Drivers

If the lessee wish to add new drivers you can purchase an "Additional Driver” service at our offices. Maximum 5 additional drivers can be defined for every vehicle.

After Hours Returns

if the vehicle is not delivered on the return date and time, the LESSEE is charged 1/3 of the daily rental price for delays of 1 hour or more, 2/3 for delays of 2 hours and more, 1 full day fee for delays of 3 hours and more. In case of delays of hours or more, he is obliged to pay the daily rental fee of that vehicle for each day

Coverages

All reservasion normally will include collision damage & theft protection waivers. Collision Damage Waiver will waive your liability to pay for any damage caused to the vehicle during the period of rental. Theft waiver provides coverage for the theft or damage resulting from attempted theft of the vehicle, its parts and accessories up to their full value and any loss that our car rental partner may occur. Both are subject to certain exclusions. Your liability is waived subject to you paying a charge, referred to as an excess which limits your liability to the cost of the excess only. In the event that the renter has behaved recklessly or negligently or driven under the influence of drugs or alcohol you may be liable for the full cost damage. Please note in common with most car rental policies there are exceptions to cover which may include windscreens, tires, the underside or interior of the vehicle, towing charges & replacement keys. Please check your agreement fully at the time of renting for exact exclusions. Please note a number of options may be available to buy locally, which reduce your risk or can provide further cover to you and your belongings.

Mileage Limitations

500 km/daily up to 4000 km for a each rental. 3000 km per month

20% service fee is added to the amount of traffic fines.
The minimum driver age required is 21 for car economy group.
The minimum driver age required is 23 for car midium group.
The minimum driver age required is 25-27 for premium group.
The minimum driver age required is 27-30 for car luxury group.

Pick-up Instructions

Upon arrival at Bodrum Airport and collecting your luggage at Baggage Claim, please continue out of the terminal. Wait in front of the pick-up area outside of the terminal --. Please call us for a fast and quick shuttle at 00 90 530 388 11 62 . YORK Shuttle will pick you up.

Plate Pass

automatically calculated on the return of the vehicle. A 20% service charge is added.

Refueling Policy

same to same. If the vehicle is returned at a level below the delivered fuel level, a 40% service fee will be deducted.
