After Hours Returns

We will apply 50$ fee for after hour returns.

Coverages

No insurance included in the rate. Third Party Liability cost/day 75$ + tax. Renter may purchase LDR from the location to reduce responsibility for damages to / loss of rental vehicle between 0.00 and 2000.00 USD. Agreement violations, lost key, underbody and tires are not covered. Customer may choose to self-insure. Written proof of renters name showing coverage for Romania is needed at the time of pick up. In case no such document is presented at pick up, the renter must purchase coverage from location. For self insuring renters the loss deposit for the vehicle is between 3500 and 15000 USD. The renter is 100% responsible for the vehicle. Self insured renters may purchase LDR to reduce the deposit for the car. In case of damage, theft or loss a police report must be produced.

Cross-border Restrictions

Our cars can be used ONLY in Romania - If they will cross the border we will apply cross border violation fee for 1500$ and no other insurance coverage purchase it's not valid.

Driving Restrictions

The car can only be driven by the signatory of the Rental Agreement or only by a person specified in the Rental Agreement and authorized by Zoe Auto Rent. If the customer need to add an additional driver after leaving the office they need to send us the information on e-mail.
