Business hours are from 07:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pick-up or drop-off outside these hours is subject to a $30 additional fee.

At the time of pick-up, the main driver and any additional drivers must present a valid driving license in their name. If your license has been renewed and only shows the renewal date, you must provide proof of the original issue date. All drivers must have held a valid driving license for at least 12 months. An International Driving Permit (IDP) is not required.

$7.70 per day per additional driver.

Same-to-same (return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pick-up).

Unlimited mileage included.

Third-Party Liability (TPL) is included. Full coverage is available for $30 per day.

Off-road driving is prohibited. A $330 penalty will apply, in addition to any damage costs.

Cross-border travel is permitted to Kosovo, Montenegro, and North Macedonia only, at a cost of $66 per country. Traveling to other countries without prior notification will result in a $1,000 penalty.
