Location Policies

Additional Drivers

For an extra daily fee, additional drivers can be added at the time of rental. The primary renter and any authorized additional drivers must be present at the time of rental. Maximum of 5 additional drivers per rental.

After Hours Returns

Rental is based on a 24 hour period. If you do not deliver the vehicle at the agreed upon return date and time you will be subject to additional charge. For 1 hour past agreed upon return time, you will be charge 1/3 of the daily rental price. If you are late by 2 hours, you will be charge 2/3 of the daily rental price. If you return the car 3 hours or more late, you will be changed a full rental day fee.

Coverages

Inclusive rates will include collision damage and theft protection waivers. Collision Damage Waiver will waive your liability to pay for any damage caused to the vehicle during the period of rental. Theft waiver provides coverage for the theft or damage resulting from attempted theft of the vehicle, its parts and accessories up to their full value and any loss that our car rental partner may occur. Both are subject to certain exclusions. Your liability is waived subject to you paying a charge, referred to as an excess which limits your liability to the cost of the excess only. In the event that the renter has behaved recklessly or negligently or driven under the influence of drugs or alcohol you may be liable for the full cost damage. Please note in common with most car rental policies there are exceptions to cover which may include windscreens, tires, the underside or interior of the vehicle, towing charges & replacement keys. Please check your agreement fully at the time of renting for exact exclusions. Please note a additional ptions may be available to purchase at the time , which reduce your risk or may provide further coverage for you and your belongings.

Financial Policy

The following are accepted forms of payment: Visa/MasterCard/American Express. At the time of pick up, driver must present a valid driver's license and credit card in the driver's name. Prepaid, rechargable, or virtual cards are not accepted. At the time of rental, we will request authorization on your credit card for $200 To $1250, depending on the car class rented. While this hold is in place, the funds will not be available for your use.

You are responsible for all traffic fines and penalties (each a “Violation”) assessed against you, us, or the Vehicle during the rental. If we are notified by the charging authorities that we may be responsible for a Violation, you understand that you responsible for the fine and a service fee of 20% will be applied.

Pick-up Instructions

1. Call for the shuttle: 0090 530 388 0262. Head to the meeting point, the Dalaman Airport İnternational Terminal exit. YORK shuttle will pick you up.

Plate Pass

You are responsible for all charges associated with the use of toll bridges or toll roads. You will responsible for the cost of the tolls and a service fee of 20% will be applied.

Refueling Policy

You will be required to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel upon pickup, if the vehicle is returned with less fuel, you will be charge the cost of the fuel and a serice fee of 40%

Renter Qualifications

Renters Must have a valid driver’s license from the renters/driver's country of origin in the English alphabet, a valid passport, or a valid international driver's license if the driver's license of origin is not in the English alphabet. Other requirements, driver's must enter the country within the last six months in order to use their international drivers license in Turkey. Renter's 21 years of age will be restricting to rentals in the economy car class group. Renters 22-23 year of age will be restricted to rentals in the economy or midsize car groups. Renters 25-27 will be restricted to rentals in the economy, midszie for premium car class groups. Minimum age to rent cars in the luxuary car group are restricted to a minimum age of 27. Renter's 20-23 are subject to and underage driver fee of $5.90 USD per day. Maximum age to rent is 70 years of age.
