Affiliate location Represented by INBOCARS INC Our Role as a Broker and Agent YORK Car Rental acts solely as a broker and agent, providing a car rental affiliate reservation system for the convenience of you, the customer, and the locally owned and operated rental companies. We arrange and confirm your vehicle reservation with a local rental provider, but we do not supply the vehicle ourselves. When you make a booking through us, you will enter into a direct rental agreement with the rental company at the time of vehicle collection. The terms, conditions, and applicable laws governing the rental will be those set out in the rental contract presented at the rental location. In the event of any conflict between these Booking Terms and the rental company’s terms, the supplier’s terms will take precedence in relation to the vehicle rental itself. We use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure the accuracy of all information published on our website or distributed through third-party platforms; however, we cannot guarantee that all details are free from errors or omissions. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of rental charges paid to us. If you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to contact us. Additional Drivers must be at least 21 years old and present a valid driver's license at the time of rent. The Additional Driver fee is 19.99 USD per day.

Unlimited mileage is available for out-of-state renters unless otherwise specified in the Rental Agreement. Local renters are subject to mileage limitations and restrictions in accordance with the Local Renter Policy and applicable rental restrictions. Additional mileage charges may apply if the permitted mileage limit is exceeded.

All renters are required to provide valid full coverage auto insurance that includes: Collision Coverage with a maximum deductible of $250 Comprehensive Coverage with a maximum deductible of $250 Full Liability Protection that meets our rental requirements Customers who do not provide qualifying insurance coverage must purchase coverage directly through the rental company. Optional Coverage Plans Available: Liability Protection up to $1,000,000 Liability Protection up to $500,000 Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with a $1,000 deductible Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with a $500 deductible Additional Requirements and Restrictions: 1. Credit card insurance may be accepted only if the renter provides official documentation from the issuing bank confirming CDW coverage and agrees to purchase Third-Party Liability (TPL) coverage at the rental counter. 2. International insurance policies are not accepted, except for policies issued in Canada or Puerto Rico. 3. Local renters must provide valid proof of transferable full coverage insurance at the time of vehicle pickup. 4. All local renters are required to present a current utility bill in their name showing the same address listed on their driver’s license. Acceptable utility bills include water, electric, or cable services. Cell phone bills are not accepted.

Drivers must be at least 21 years of age to operate the vehicle. The vehicle may only be operated within the state of Florida. The renter is required to return the vehicle on the date and time specified in the rental agreement and in the same condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. If the vehicle is returned after business hours, the renter remains fully responsible for the vehicle until it has been inspected by our staff. The renter is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all fluid levels during the rental period. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level provided at the time of rental. Any repairs, replacement parts, or accessory replacements must receive prior authorization from the rental company.

Vehicle Restrictions: Vehicles are restricted for use within the state of Florida only. Unlimited mileage is not available for local renters..

All vehicles are equipped with a permanently installed electronic toll sticker compatible with Florida toll roads. Customers may select one of the following toll options at the rental counter: -Toll Sticker Activation: $20.99 per day, plus applicable toll charges -Unlimited Toll Pass: $35.99 per day If the toll program is declined, the renter will be responsible for: -The full cost of each toll incurred, plus -A $25.00 toll violation fee for each occurrence Please note that personal transponders are not permitted in rental vehicles designated as fleet vehicles.

1. (On the day of the reservation, vehicles will be held for up to 120 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. After this 120-minute window, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and we may be unable to guarantee fulfillment. Please notify our office in the event of any flight delays so we may adjust your booking accordingly. 2. No refunds will be issued for early returns. 3. We maintain a clean, sanitized, and strictly smoke-free and pet-free fleet. Any evidence of smoking (including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or other substances), excessive dirt, pet hair, ashes, or general neglect may result in a cleaning fee of up to $700.00. 4. Telematics Notice and Release: The vehicle may be equipped with telematics devices, GPS technology, electronic locating systems, and/or event data recorders. These systems may be used to locate, monitor, or disable the vehicle when necessary, and may operate without prior notice where permitted by law. Data collected may include, but is not limited to, location, mileage, fuel level, oil life, tire pressure, battery status, and diagnostic information. Wireless technologies such as cellular, Bluetooth, and radio signals may be used to transmit data, and privacy cannot be guaranteed. By renting the vehicle, you authorize the collection and disclosure of such data as permitted by law and agree to inform all authorized drivers and passengers of these terms. The rental company is not responsible for failures or inaccuracies of telematics systems and disclaims liability arising from their use. Third-party telematics providers are independent and not agents of the company. Connecting personal devices to the vehicle’s infotainment system may result in the storage of personal information. YORK Car Rental does not access or use any data stored through the infotainment system. 5. Vehicle assignments are based on car class only. Specific makes and models are not guaranteed. The company will make reasonable efforts to provide a similar or comparable vehicle. 6. Shuttle service operates only during regular business hours. For early returns, customers may drop off the vehicle at the location and use the key drop box on-site. YORK Car Rental reserves the right to cancel a reservation or refuse service at any time.
